BURKE & KESSLER, a Partnership of Professional Law Corporations has been in practice in Oakland, California since 1979. It recently opened a satellite office in Sacramento, California.

The partnership consists of two different, but complementary practices. Bruce T. H. Burke specializes in all forms of civil litigation including construction litigation and personal injuries. John D. Kessler specializes in estate planning, probate, trusts, taxation, and small business planning.
